A group of property developers from Mauritius came together to sponsor the 2019 Dubai Eye Executive Golf Day. It was a natural choice as it catered to a particular target market that played to the strengths of their properties - particularly the a life of leisure, and the game of golf.
Manchester Investment DinnerBusiness Bay, October 2019
This dinner was arranged for a client to be able to make a presentation directly to a small section of their preferred target market. To do this, I used social media to target that particular market, send them educational posts about the client's project, and then incentivize them to sign up for a free invitation to the event. The tactic was successful as the dinner was well attended with quality leads.

First Mauritius Investor's TourMauritius, May 2019
The purpose of this tour was to bring potential investors to Mauritius, to have them see the developments we were offering, and to have them see for themselves all the investment points the country had on offer. The participants were chosen from a successul digital marketing campaign. My role was to plan and coordinate all the logistics with my Mauritian counterparts and make sure they had the best experiences on the island.
This video was on day 2 of the tour, in the Tamarin village, on the southwest of the island.There were two iterations of this event in 2019, one in May, and another in November.

Two of the most important things to keep in mind, when participating in a trade show like the International Property Show, is to secure optimal location on the floor for the stand, and to keep the stand budget within reason.
Running display and social media ads, like the one below, also will help attract visitors to the stand so you don't only have to rely on foot traffic.

This seminar/sales event was set up under the patronage of the British Embassy in Singapore as there was a clamor for this product in the country. We coordinated between our Singapore office, the British Embassy, the main-sponsor, and the Marina Bay in Singapore for the all the logistics and promotional activities for the event.

London University Property Collection - NigeriaLagos and Abuja - June 2018
This successful event was arranged together with one of the biggest banks in Nigeria and it featured London properties in the vicinity several London schools and universities. The above graphics are the newspaper ads placed on The Guardian, and This Day - two of the biggest broadsheets in Nigeria.
